scratches on nose

what the hell? i woke up with several scratches on the left side of my nose. something must have scratched me at night like an invisible cat or it must have been my finger nails.  time to use vitamin e oil for some skin healing.

I was biking the other day but lost my balance and tumbled into the ground.  I landed on the inside of my left hand and right shoulder and the handlebars stabbed me in the ribs.  So I have some kind of sprain, and bruising that stings my left hand whenever I try to move it.  I cant grip on anything and drawing or writing is  more challenging  I have to move it gently and gingerly.  I also have these blood blisters with dried blood underneath the skin.  I have no idea how to get that out. Also my right shoulder has this bright red scrape mark that burns like hell.  Its a rough burn.  I hate sprains because they take forever to heal.  My wrist feels weird and the ligaments are all messed up now.  The other morning when i woke up I felt like Batman after he got beat up by Bane. 

 I have been having lots of date's with Ms. Ice Pack, and her friend Ms. Heating Pad now. Lol.

 After when my hand gets closer to normal, i'm going to have to do these strength/recovery exercises.
